I've been doing videos for a year now. Since then, I've been using my Canon DSLR. One day, I went with my brother for a photoshoot gig of one of his clients. So I went along and decided to film the shoot as well.. The client loved what I did so she ask me if I could do 7 more videos for her youtube channel. But instead of cash payment, they offered to trade this camera for my labor. The camera that time was a week old so its practically brand new. At first, I wasn't sure if I'd take it so did a little research on the price so at least, if i don't like it, I can re-sell easily. So far, I've been really happy with this camera and I've been using it since then. So easy to use and it captures really good footages. I totally recommend it!

Unless you already have the items in the accessory kit - it's a must. Everything worked perfectly in every mode. The auto focus mode quickly adjusts to changing lighting and zoom conditions. The video is extremely clear. Has about every option you could want if you want to set your settings manualy. I'm somewhere between novice and pro, and I didn't have to use the manual so far. It's a little heavy, but I'm old and small, so the tripod/monopod come in very handy. Haven't used the audio yet because I'm been recording audio (music) for decades. But it has all the controls you'd want. Highly recommend.
